Deposit policy

  • $200 deposit holds your date and comes off your balance.
  • Balance is due the day of your charter — cash, card or Venmo.
  • Fuel, ice, water toys and gear are all included.
  • Gratuity for the captain is never expected, always appreciated.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancel 7+ days out: deposit fully refunded.
  • Inside 7 days: we'll move your deposit to any open date within a year.
  • Weather calls are on us — if the captain says it isn't safe or fun, you get a reschedule or a full refund.
  • No-shows forfeit the deposit, but a heads-up text always helps.
